Summary:
Our company is growing and looking for a talented and result-oriented supervisor to manage daily workflow activities at our facility. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience training new employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules and ensuring compliance with our company policies. You must be able to effectively communicate and lead a team while resolving workspace issues that may arise. In this position you will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking and packing activities daily. This candidate is very detail oriented and must perform excellent inventory accuracy, coordinate orders and oversee the workflow of our active warehouse.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years' experience in a warehouse lead/manager roll.
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.
• Excellent problem solver and leader qualities.
• Ability to work with staff from all departments
Bi lingual Spanish is required.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
• Responsible for managing Company's warehousing and inventory activities in receiving, inventory management, warehousing goods
• Supervise warehouse assistants and ensure the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through a warehouse
• Oversee compliance with customer purchase order requirements
• Manage physical inventory to ensure product condition, inventory turns, and efficient use of warehouse space
• Monitor inventory and cost control of all packing and warehouse supplies
• Prevent customer shortages through careful safety stock planning
• Advise major clients on their demand schedules
Closely collaborate with Sales, Management, and all other Departments for smooth movement of products.
Working hours:
7 am - 3:30 pm (30 minute lunch), Monday to Friday, Weekends and OT required as needed
