Ultimate Staffing is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative with B2B sales experience to join our client's team in Columbia, Maryland. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Sales Appointments: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to business clients' unique needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms with B2B clients, effectively address objections, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Relationship Development: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage leads and sales opportunities in CRM software to ensure consistent follow-up and a high conversion rate.
Collaborative Strategy: Work with the sales team to refine approaches for reaching B2B sales targets and improve overall strategy.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored to a business audience.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a professional approach to handling objections and closing sales.
Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
