Aretum is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager for the Food Nutrition Services (FNS) sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations and ensuring that deliverables align with the goals and objectives of our government clients. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to successfully execute project plans and drive efficiencies in service delivery.

As a Project Manager - FNS, you will play a pivotal role in managing the implementation of programs that impact food nutrition policies and services across various sectors.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate solid understanding of project management methodologies, policies, and procedures.
Possesses strong technical writing / proofing skills with the ability to produce high quality deliverables, slide decks, and emails.
Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate key points with concision and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to thrive in a busy, deadline driven atmosphere.
Serve as a Project Manager for one or multiple projects involving acting as a liaison between vendors and agency stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to meeting timelines and requirements; established research skills, curiosity to understand how systems or processes work end-to-end.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to draft, review, and submit weekly executive level reporting on time.
Established ability to communicate professionally, collaborate to solve problems, and willingness to accept (and give) constructive feedback.
Adept at capturing technical meeting notes and managing action items.
Ability to work collaboratively across technical, finance, and security organizations.
Knowledge of Section 508 documentation requirements.
Developing project plans, charters, business cases, and related critical project documentation and managing them over time.
Work closely with supervisor/program manager to communicate and resolve client challenges.
Ability to quickly gain expertise in business/technical concepts and communicate detailed information to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrable proficiency with O365, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Desire to work directly with and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Federal Clients on a daily basis.
Must commit to being on the customer site Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during core business hours.
Requirements
4-year degree from accredited University/College in related field: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent acceptable area of study. Detail oriented liberal arts degrees considered (e.g., Journalism) with compensating employment history related to IT.
Experience working as a key contributor and/or leader in a project environment. (3-5 Years)
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holders (3 years or more).
Ability to obtain USDA MBI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications or aspirations (e.g., PMP, CSM).
Familiarity with IT and business policies, procedures, testing, governance, and SDLC methodologies.
Data analysis / Business Intelligence (BI) experience.
Participation in past contract proposal responses and other business development activities.
Experience supporting executive / Federal clients.
Understanding of Federal contracting and procurement activities.
