The Staff Accountant in Shared Services is responsible for performing critical accounting functions in support of all business units within D365 (Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Performing critical accounting functions:
AR credit and collections activities, including in-depth analysis
AP payment processing
General ledger entries and month end close activities
Consolidated and deposit bank account reconciliations
Expense management and company credit card maintenance
Vendor and customer master data maintenance
General ledger and financial reporting maintenance
Assisting with company-wide accounting projects and process improvements
Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Desired Skills:
Strong organization skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong user abilities in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in D365 financial modules
