Job Description and Responsibilities



Tactica Solutions is seeking a qualified individual, pending contract award, to provide Security Administrative support to the U.S Marine Corps Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) Security Directorate. This position is to support, assess and provide suggested administrative process solutions related to the administrative operations of the office. The Contractor will provide technical, management, and subject matter expertise.



Typical Job Duties and Tasks:




Administrative Duties


  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative support tasks in support of the management functions of the Command Security Directorate.
  • Preparing correspondence with a computer or automated systems.
  • Maintains subject matter files and records with record management practices.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing Command required administrative correspondence with the correct routing sheet as necessary.
  • Create, update, edit, format, and print reports, correspondence, office forms, spreadsheets, notices, and other documents with a computer or automated systems.
  • Receive, log, and route incoming taskers, and maintain necessary suspense controls.
  • Maintain, on a current basis, various alphabetical and/or subject files, procedures, regulations, manuals, and directives.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly status report of tasks accomplished, pending, outstanding, or requiring extension or additional guidance clear, correct, timely and understandable manner.
  • Conducts analyses, reports, surveys, inquiries, and evaluations regarding Office Administrative processes and procedures for continuous process improvement

Security Administrative Duties


  • Provides security administrative support to Command Security Directorate.
  • Reviews and submits outbound Visit Request ensuring all information is detailed and accurate prior to submission.
  • Reviews inbound Visit Requests, Foreign Visit Requests, and/or other Visit documentation to is information is detailed and accurate.
  • Control, prepare, issue, and recover identification badges that allow access of civilian, military, contractor personnel, and visitors into Command spaces using an electronic badging access control system.
  • Conduct personnel check out documentation ensuring that departing personnel have completed all required action to check out of the Command.
Compensation Minimum: $80,000.00

Compensation Maximum: $100,000.00

Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Minimum two (2) years of the general experience; shall include specialized analytical and programmatic experience in business, management, stakeholder communications. and other relevant areas.
  • Oral and written communication skills to effectively exchange information and convey ideas and concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to use a personal computer to access and retrieve data and information with experience Microsoft Office.
  • Extensive experience with handling MOUs/IAAs, to include staffing, developing, routing, verifying correct information.
  • Experience with querying/formatting/interpreting reports.
  • Experienced in working with computer-generated reports and extracting data from databases to develop and generate information and summary data to support such activities as technical
  • evaluations, management and financial record keeping.
  • Ability and willingness to receive training and direction.
  • Ability to read and interpret general procedural guidelines.

Required Security Clearance



Active Top Secret clearance
