Job Description
The Operations & Information Management (OIM) Department of the Isenberg School of Management invites applications for two full-time Lecturer positions, non-tenure track, in Information Systems and Data Management to start in February or September 2025.
This full-time position requires teaching six course sections per academic year, plus providing departmental service. Teaching responsibilities include multiple graduate level sections of the courses Strategic Information Management, Data Management for Business Leaders, Data Science for Business, or other courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels as needed. Expertise in spreadsheets, computer programming, and business analytics tools is desired.
The initial appointment will be for two years, with renewal based on performance. The Lecturer will join a team of faculty noted for excellence and innovation in undergraduate and graduate education. The successful candidate will work with faculty and advising staff to assess student outcomes and foster student success.
Requirements
Prior to the start date, candidates must have a master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in an area such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline, with a doctorate degree preferred. Demonstrated ability, or potential, to teach information systems and data management courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in face-to-face and online formats is required.
