Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of overall IFS ERP modules and functionalities (Finance, Project Management, Service and Maintenance, Procurement, and HR)
- Collaborate with team to improve the business systems
- Collaborate with the development team to develop overall solutions and technical design and address functional requirement
- Review and validate testing plans and conduct functional user testing to ensure delivered solutions meet functional business requirements
- Review documentation and conduct training of end users/stakeholders
- Perform support activities based on escalation from the support team
- Write and review supporting documentation for the software, such as release notes, help documentation, articles, and features
- Actively engage in all aspects of the SDLC process
- Other duties as assigned
