Responsibilities:
Assemble, disassemble, troubleshoot, and repair aerospace components using industry practices and product specifications.
Replace and test components to maintain product serviceability.
Identify and correct routine operational, maintenance, and overhaul issues.
Oversee product assembly, disassembly, and modifications for accuracy and thoroughness.
Adjust components using shims, lapping, and other processes to meet specified tolerances.
Conduct functional and diagnostic testing on aerospace systems using bench and automated test equipment.
Document repairs, test results, and modifications to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
Assist engineering teams with discrepancies and provide feedback to improve processes.
Train and mentor junior technicians.
Support customer troubleshooting using fault isolation procedures and limited engineering assistance.
Travel and deploy to various locations as needed, based on customer requirements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience in Aircraft Maintenance or Aircraft Structural Repair, or equivalent education and experience.
Willing and able to deploy/travel domestically and internationally on short notice for varying durations to meet customer needs. Non-compliance with deployment requests may be considered a resignation.
Preferred Qualifications:
FAA Airframe and Powerplant License preferred.
Experience with V-22 aircraft highly preferred.
Quality Assurance experience is a plus.
Strong background in depot-level modifications preferred.
