Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry is seeking part-time/full-time General Dentistry faculty members for preclinical and clinical teaching within the Department of Restorative Dentistry. Responsibilities include didactic and clinical teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, supervising residents and student doctors providing direct patient care to a diverse patient population. Rank determined by experience and background. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of current technologies used in the clinical settings, possess knowledge of and demonstrates proficiency in current concepts in comprehensive general dentistry and will work under the supervision of the Chair, Restorative Dentistry.


Credentials needed for the position include a DDS or DMD, degree from an ADA-accredited school. Licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee or eligible for licensure in the State of Tennessee. Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry is an equal opportunity/ affirmative action employer.
