Summary:


The Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Sales Department involving direct supervision of sales reps, projecting goals and achieving sales objectives.


What You'll Do:



  • Assist sales reps during more complex or difficult sales calls

  • Regularly participate in ride along to monitor the progress of new and existing sales reps

  • Recruit, train, mentor and develop commercial sales reps

  • Conduct onsite sales presentations with the sales team

  • Review sales activity and develop strategies with sales representatives

  • Review and approve proposal's

  • Analyze and report pricing/sales and productivity reports

  • Maintain communication between Sales, Installation and Service departments


What You'll Need:



  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • 3-5 years of Sales management experience, preferably in a commercial business-to-business environment.

  • 5 years of successful experience in outside sales, preferably in a commercial business-to-business environment.

  • Sales experience or a background in the security or home automation industry required.

  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel the territory.
