Kforce's client located in Miami, FL is seeking a Product Owner specializing in GetPaid.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the ownership and strategic direction of the GetPaid platform
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, implement product strategies, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business information systems projects
Will involve forward-thinking integration of GetPaid into billing and financial platforms
Work closely with both business and technical teams to design, build solution components, conduct unit testing, and drive initiatives globally
Conducting data analysis, product mapping to assess data requirements for software utilization
Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted
Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs
Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly
Training internal customers on new systems and procedures
Leading and executing project activities regarding functional and technical requirements and designs, testing, training, and support
Assisting with project planning and requirement gathering and specifications
Coordinating work tasks with cross-functional team leaders to develop solutions with other team members
Executing and delivering project tasks within time and budget constraints
Understanding client needs and developing and maintaining excellent customer relations
Assigning tasks to other consultants and supervising work when necessary
Store all Project deliverables (signoffs, documentation, workbooks, customer status reports, tech info/VPN, issues list, major decisions, etc.) on SharePoint
GetPaid Administrative and Technical Implementation eperience, specifically regarding setting up interfaces and/or integrations to ERPs
Experience in aging, campaigns, cash application, etc.
End-to-End O2C Process: Must have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing the entire Order-to-Cash cycle
Process Optimization: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies within the OC2 process and implement improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction
Collections Management: Strong background in managing collections processes, including outstanding receivables, dispute resolution, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding
Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills
Proven experience supporting and leading enterprise business application management and development
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Strong technical skills and business acumen
Proven ability to execute on the spectrum of technical challenges
Able to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives on existing solutions
Self-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Proficient in requirements and process flow documentation
NetSuite experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
