Pay Range: $13 - $13.39/hr only on W2

Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing of HMS makes the healthcare system work better for everyone. We are seeking a talented individual for Employer Solutions Call Center Representative 1 who is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to callers. May be required to work extended hours based on special business needs.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Additional education is preferred Minimum Work Experience
2+ year of call center experience
Demonstrate customer service skills is required
Able to function between two departments incoming calls
