Expected Duration: 12+ months contract + Renewable



Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]

Pay Range: $13 - $13.39/hr only on W2


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Essential Job Functions





  • Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing of HMS makes the healthcare system work better for everyone. We fight fraud, waste and abuse so people have access to healthcare-now and in the future. Using innovative technology and powerful data analytics, we help government and commercial payers reduce cost, increase quality, and achieve regulatory compliance. We also help consumers take a more active role in their own health. Each year, we save our clients billions and dollars while helping people live healthier lives.   • We are seeking a talented individual for Employer Solutions Call Center Representative 1 who is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to callers.
    May be required to work extended hours based on special business needs.


  • Minimum Education:


  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Additional education is preferred
    Minimum Work Experience


  • 2+ year of call center experience

  • Demonstrate customer service skills is required

  • Able to function between two departments incoming calls
