The Document Services Specialist performs reviewing and editing documents in support of Maximum Containment Contract Research (MCCR) activities. The position also performs QC functions and assist with organizing and filing related documents.
The Role:
Format, edit and prepares technical reports, manuscripts, and spreadsheets
Convert documents from various formats to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and format according to MCCR standards
Preparation of PDF documents with hyperlinking
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy records
Produce correspondence, forms, letters, reports, manuals, tables, charts, graphs, and other printed materials from handwritten or electronic documents and recorded transcription
Perform data entry and QC activities
Our Ideal Candidate:
Associate's Degree or equivalent technical knowledge/experience; preferred Bachelor's degree with English Major
2 years' relative experience
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Adobe acrobat professional with emphasis on finalizing documents with hyperlink and other specialized formatting functions
