Job Summary
The Associate IPS Coordinator will primarily deal with building competence in the daily tasks of a IPS Coordinator I , with the intention of advancing to IPS Coordinator I within a reasonable amount of the time. The role is responsible for coordination of IPS cases and general office functions. Their management of IPS cases involves steps prior to the Design state and will involve direct communication with all internal team members, as well as surgeons, other medical professionals, and the sales team.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Learn and demonstrate the ability to create, check, and manage incoming data.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to monitor and respond to emails in the IPS Coordinator and personal inboxes.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to monitor and manage cases in IPS Gate.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to update case related data on internal documents (Doctor, Hospital, Type of implant, Date of surgery, etc.).
Learn and demonstrate the ability to manage documents detailing surgeon preferences.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist with calls from sales team, surgeons, and other personnel regarding IPS cases.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to clearly and professionally communicate internal timeline requirements to the sale teams, surgeons, and other medical personnel.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to perform additional administrative tasks.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to schedule meetings based on surgeon and internal member (e.g. IPS Planning Engineer) availability.
Learn and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with IPS Planning Engineers to maintain reasonable workload for them.
Qualifications

AS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
Customer support skills.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Able to efficiently communicate and collaborate amongst a team.
