A Human Resources Representative supports various HR functions, acting as a key liaison between employees and management. This role ensures HR processes are executed efficiently, supports employee relations, assists in recruitment and onboarding, and contributes to maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance or directing them to appropriate resources.
  • Handle the hiring process for new hires, including conducting background checks, completing I-9 verifications, and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring completion of necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
  • Support benefits administration, including answering general inquiries and coordinating enrollment processes.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of HR-related communications and events.
  • Collaborate with HR management to ensure policies and procedures align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process related paperwork.
  • Assist with performance management initiatives and annual review processes.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
  • Additional duties as needed to support HR team functions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Preferred
