We’re searching for a Relationship Manager to join our Customer Success team, so that we can enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and adoption of our solutions and services. The Relationship Manager will maintain and expand relationships with our current customer partners to ensure optimal value and success throughout the customer’s lifecycle.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Facilitate and support onsite customer meetings and events to drive strategic and operational objectives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, and Solution Advisory teams to implement customer strategies.

• Identify and manage upsell sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate data to ensure effective account management.

• Ability to travel 25% of the time
