Job Description:

Position summary


As an Account Manager you will be responsible to provide professional support to new and existing clients to ensure overall satisfaction with the goal to meet and exceed client expectations. Solve routine problems independently along with programming new accounts and updating existing accounts.


Qualifications


You are required to have:



  • High school diploma or GED

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a call center setting

  • Understanding of call center operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Strong working knowledge of the Infinity System

  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask


Additional preferred qualifications:



  • 2 year associate degree


Schedule


Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30 PM.

This position will be located in Roseville, MN.
