A DAY IN THE LIFE
The District Manager I position manages all aspects of compliance and safety of the LDAR program for the assigned office locations. The District Manager I position will be responsible for all LDAR Programs, to ensure safety and quality, to grow the business, maintain fiscal responsibility, customer satisfaction and career development of their staff at their location. The District Manager I position will act as the overall management position for the office(s). The following list of duties are responsibilities of the District Manager I.
Management of LDAR Programs including Quality, Safety and Compliance
Conduct safety assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Safety Assessment Schedule
Conduct qa/qc assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Quality Assessment Schedule
Conduct Operational assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Operational AssessmentSchedule
Prepare and/or review of schedule with 3-month outlook
Ensure all projects are scheduled with the client in a timely manner either directly or throughthe proper PM
Troubleshoot all scheduling conflicts (both manpower and client related) and reschedules toensure all projects can be completed in a logical and efficient order
Ensure personnel travel safely and efficiently to and from their job site by work vehicle, rentalvehicle, and/or flight
Securing flight and rental reservations ensuring cost effectiveness as necessary
Review weekly utilization and identify improvements and troubleshoot
Manage ordering, review and approval of necessary supplies, equipment, and PPE
Ensure compliance of all required rules and regulations
Ensure employees attend all necessary training and maintain certification
Ensure all team members are performing required tasks efficiently, accurately and safely
Perform all required quality programs written in site specific quality plans
Perform monthly office QA/QC and ensure each inspection period is completed and closed
Management of Employees and Career Development
Focuses and guides others in accomplishing work operations and objective

Responsible for creating and maintaining an appropriate level of staff in alignment withcurrent and future business strategies

Provides appropriate support and acts as a resource and establishes procedures to keepinformed of issues and results of delegated responsibilitie

Management of Financials
Manage all financial budgeting and tracking of location expenses
Finds creative ways to solve fiscal problems, create efficiencies and manages labor andovertime
Review time and expenses for completeness and accuracy and approve or deny timely
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting for location
Ensure timely invoicing of time and expenses of location
Manage staffing utilization efficiently and within budgetary parameters
Management of Growth
Strategize and identify business development opportunities for LDAR and other business linesof Montrose
Conduct, prepare and/or review bid walks, cost estimates and proposal
Review with client routinely on customer service needs and improvements
Leadership
Responsible for exemplifying and instilling in their team the Montrose culture
Report weekly to Director on location status
Masters new technical and organization concepts and information. Builds on strengths andaddresses weaknesses. Pursues self-development
Develops and assists in the preparation of and presentation of Standard OperatingProcedures and Training Material
Perform any other duties assigned by client or manager(s) and/or to maintain compliancewith all policies and contractual obligations.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Education
High School diploma and/or degree in related field
Advanced knowledge in LDAR related hardware and tools preferred
Advanced knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local LDAR regulations preferred
Years of Experience
0-3+ years minimum of LDAR experience
0-2+ years minimum in a supervisorial role
Systems
Intermediate knowledge with Google and Microsoft office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint,Word)
Experience with Workday is beneficial
Advanced knowledge with LDAR database software programs is beneficial
Licensures/Training Requirements
Valid Driver's License is required
Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) is beneficial
State/Region applicable Safety Council Training is beneficial
Refinery Safety Overview (RSO) training is beneficial
Man lift Certified is beneficial
First Aid and CPR Certified is beneficial
Safety/Drug Screening
Capability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening
Must be able to successfully pass a urine, alcohol, and hair drug test
Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work from heights
Ability to pass an OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation, and don respiratoryequipment
Travel
Ability/willingness to travel locally and overnight 50-75% of the time
