The Opportunity
Input and distribute incoming manifest paperwork.
Key Requirements
Check accuracy of incoming waste manifest paperwork and scale in trucks.
Input and review incoming manifest paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Input Manifest information into the computerized information management system, verify accuracy of DOT description/RCRA hazardous waste codes and other information on incoming manifests
Work with the Customer Service group to resolve discrepancies
Additional tasks include uploading information into the management system, sign manifest paperwork to facilitate the release of the truck, distributes manifest copies to appropriate parties, and other activities related to the Receiving Department
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent experience • Experience entering large amounts of data • Ability to work independently with little to minimal supervision • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts • Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP's, and training modules, are required. DOT knowledge • SAP experience a plus.
