Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Associate Product Owner for our Load Management League. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in product management and wanting to grow in this field. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the development and enhancement of our products while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the product lifecycle. This role is hybrid, based in either Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN.

What will you do?


  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.

  • Support the Product Owner or Advanced Product Owner in prioritizing product backlogs and sprint planning.

  • Participate in user story definition and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions and help communicate the vision to internal teams.

  • Collaborate with development, design, and quality functions to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Regularly support gathering the customer's voice to ensure alignment of customer pain points, product strategy, and roadmap.

  • Monitor & analyze business metrics to support required change that sustains business health

  • Support the update of critical business assets, such as digests, catalogs, and the Schneider Electric website.

  • Present to and interact with leaders in Schneider Electric and at a variety of customers


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • 4 Year College degree with a focus in Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar program

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to learn marketing processes, market trends, and business offers/solutions

  • High degree of initiative and proactive project management

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once

  • Open to change and embrace continuous improvement

  • Ability to analyze marketing activities and competitive environment

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Passion for technology and product innovation
