For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for the Schneider Development Program for a full-time for a Supply Chain Planner, set to start in June 2025.

You MUST be willing to relocate as this is a 3-year rotational program to different Schneider Electric locations.

This rotational development program is designed to give recent graduates a second to none hands on experience working in multiple teams within our manufacturing, distribution center and/or our corporate HUB sites.

What are your responsibilities?:


  • Monitoring and adjusting flow rates to ensure efficient operations.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to flow control systems.

  • Collaborating with maintenance teams to perform regular equipment checks and maintenance.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Documenting and reporting on flow data and operational issues.

  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance flow control efficiency.

The Program consists of six different tracks that a talent could be placed into based on interest and education/background.


  • Operations/Engineering

  • Supply Chain

  • Procurement

  • Quality | Customer Satisfaction

  • Safety, Environment and Real Estate (SERE)

  • Data/Business Analytics


Participants in either track will experience a variety of rotations in two or more US Global Supply Chain locations - one year per location. These rotations enable participants to gain a multitude of broad experiences, networking opportunities, leadership and other personalized development as well as unique exposure to local, regional and global teams.

  • Manufacturing Engineer

  • Logistics Engineer

  • Supervision

  • Materials Analyst

  • Quality Engineer

  • Customer Delivery Experience

  • Upstream or Downstream Flow Controller

  • Transportation and Logistics

  • Procurement Sourcing Leader

  • Category Buyer

  • Safety Health and Environmental Engineer

  • Data Analytics within a team or business unit
