Job Summary:

As a SVP, Corporate Development, you are responsible for managing, developing, and expanding our customer portfolio as well as brokering relationships with C-level executives at existing and potential clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities:


  • New business development and expansion of existing relationships
  • Ensure clients receive a world-class experience with Supermicro
  • Build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executive management of clients, prospects, and other referral resources
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their business needs are addressed, taking charge of internal teams to ensure customers' business needs are taken care of
  • Represent Supermicro at major industry events and trade shows

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience at leading server, networking, hardware companies required
  • Bachelor or Master in Business and / or Engineering
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills
  • Strong focus and ownership on the overall client experience
  • Strong executive presence with a track record of winning large clients / business

Salary Range

$25,000-370,317

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
