Job Description:

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Salary: $62,000.00 USD Annually - $72,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Large Manufacturing company is looking for a
Maintenance Technician for their facility is southern Virginia Beach, VA.


****Candidates must have experience working on manufacturing plant machinery


This will be a night shift position - 5pm - 3am (Mon-Thurs)




Pay - $30 - $34.50/ hr + Overtime

Complete or make sure PM's are being done on all Machines/tools & Facility equipment


-
Make sure Maintenance Service Reports are being completed yearly, quarterly, bi-monthly, monthly, weekly, daily etc.

Coordinate and evaluate with Facility Maintenance/Safety Manager for outside contractor maintenance work.

Provide technical assistance to Facility, Maintenance/Safety Manager

Inspect equipment and machinery and recommend repair or replacement




Job Requirements:



-
High school diploma or equivalent experience


-
3+ years of experience in the maintenance and repair of plant electrical, mechanical
-
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical trades and OHSA Safety Training


-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


-
Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.


Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
