We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve technical problems.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as necessary.
Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Assist in the development of technical support documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
