Job Summary:



We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve technical problems.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as necessary.

  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

  • Assist in the development of technical support documentation and FAQs.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with [specific technologies or software relevant to the company].
