Job Description:
Location: Providence, RI
Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Telecommunications Manager to join their growing telecommunications group ONSITE IN PROVIDENCE, RI.
**Targeting a Telecom/Cisco Engineer who has managed 1-4 people in some capacity before. This will be a hands on role.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership, engineering expertise to support Cisco UC, Webex Cloud Calling, CER, Unity voicemail, and Call Center systems
- Project management responsibilities, developing project proposals including budget, resources, and timeline, along with a detailed SOW
- Manage telecommunications staff within service delivery, system management, and maintenance and installation
- Managing budgets and forecasting
Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of telephone systems, voice mail systems, and access/carrier systems
- Management experience required
