You will be at the heart of our documentation process, creating understandable and comprehensive reports for senior executives and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Create understandable technology-based review reports for very senior firm executives.
Write easy-to-read documentation covering all aspects of Business & Technical architectural reviews.
Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone, and style.
Follow the firm's content guidelines and contribute improvements to them.
Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners, and other key stakeholders to turn complex ideas into consumable content.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technology partners, and advocate for content clarity.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the technology or software industry.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
