The Associate Project Manager role is focused primarily on servicing the needs of our client base in the delivery of FFM media products. The role also supports the wider Program Management group to ensure the smooth delivery of our standard processes and assigned activities. This role is pivotal to ensuring customer expectations are met, and delivered according to the expected quality, timelines and cost.
Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to Lonza and the Customer’s expectations.
Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
Primary internal contact for questions or issues regarding contractual obligations. Has detailed knowledge of all agreements (e.g. Development, Commercial, Quality etc.).
Operate accordingly to PM training profile assigned processes, and standard work, to effectively manage projects and ensure one face to the Customer.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the client project.
Provide timely demand signals through IBP forecasting as per requirements of the product type/client.
Perform other duties as assigned (client specific, or general group support).
Entry-level to some experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Technical or Business.
Collaborates with external customers and commercial partners, including sales, customer service, product management, and demand management.
Proficient in project management tools and experienced with quality management systems.
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Capable of working independently and managing client-facing responsibilities, while also collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.

The full-time base annual salary for this Hybrid position is expected to range is between $72,000.00 and $84,000.00. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
