Position Statement: As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing group and convention business by building and nurturing relationships with customers. This role involves maximizing hotel revenue through proactive sales efforts, market research, and a strategic approach to business development.
Position Summary:
Research, solicit, and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
Represent the hotel in developing market segments and building new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships with assigned accounts.
Strive consistently to maximize revenue and profitability for all hotel revenue streams.
Develop a business strategy by analyzing historical, current, and future hotel and market trends, implementing marketing initiatives to capture the maximum amount of lead revenue to meet and exceed sales goals.
Demonstrate a disciplined approach to qualifying, negotiating, and securing new revenue for the hotel. #LI-AT3
