This position maintains ERP systems by designing, developing, unit testing and debugging different components of the system Reports/interfaces/workflows in Oracle Applications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential:


  • Partner and work collaboratively with RTD business stakeholders to gain an understanding of business requirements, translate those requirements into solution recommendations, and implement functionality to meet objectives in Oracle Applications.

  • Provide daily operational support for production systems including providing on-call support.


  • Responds to requests for reports from across the organization in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Designs/develops new integrations needed in and out of the ERP Systems.

  • Manage integration support issues across the data flows, upstream/downstream in ERP Systems through to resolution.

  • Works with user groups to understand and resolve the issues in ERP Systems for new and existing processes, reports, and domains.

  • Follow SDLC methodology to develop documentation, gather business approvals, test and implement any system enhancements in the production environment. Follow the change management process for migration.

  • Conducts program tests by developing test plans and performing or overseeing testing to verify that the programs function correctly and that modifications have not caused errors.

  • Reviews and analyzes programs to gain understanding of the implementation of the underlying business functions, develops work plans and cost estimates and analyzes alternative approaches; advises users on the feasibility of a cost-effective conversion to web based systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • A minimum of five years of experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Applications, focusing on Finance, Materials Management, and Purchasing modules.

  • At least five years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming in ERP Databases.

  • A minimum of three years of experience with Oracle Applications Forms, Reporting, Integrations, Band Workflows.

  • At least three years of experience with integration tools and APIs.

  • Experience with upgrades and patching is preferred.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

  • Effective time and workload management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks with attention to detail.

Pay Range:

$109,309.00 - $154,398.25 Annual
