Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Responsible for intake, review and facilitation of the interactive process for ADA (Americans with Disabilities ACT) and PWFA (Pregnant Workers Fairness Act) Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides a timely and thorough review of ADA claims and makes professional determinations. Manages the workflow for a large number of claims that will be managed by the LOA/Disability Case Managers to ensure equitable workload distribution and administering of claims within department standards. Provides advocacy case management to all appropriate LOA/ADA claims. Manages high impact LOA/ADA claims to identify the obstacles and opportunities for returning associates to work. Requires a BA degree and a minimum of 4 years experience in health and welfare benefits, disability management, HR operations, and/or benefits administration; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
