Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must live within 50 miles/1 hour commute of an Elevance Health location.
The Leadership Recruiter is responsible for strategically developing and executing the end-to-end hiring process for people leader roles and higher-level individual contributor roles within the organization, while ensuring a superior and inclusive candidate experience and focusing on internal development and partnering with talent management.

Collaborating closely with internal development teams and talent management to align hiring strategies with the organization's growth objectives.
Functioning as a talent champion actively connected to a robust professional network; maintaining long-term candidate relationships and energetically selling the role and the organization's brand.
Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure a superior and inclusive candidate experience for senior-level leaders; shepherding candidates and business representatives through the process.
Ensuring a seamless, tailored, and inclusive candidate experience that reflects the organization's values and commitment to diversity.
Building long-term relationships with candidates and business stakeholders to foster a collaborative and inclusive hiring environment.
Interfacing with executive-level leaders to align on hiring strategies and expectations.
Partnering with human resource business partners and talent acquisition program managers to streamline the recruitment process and highlight internal development opportunities.
Serving as a single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Consulting with hiring managers on talent needs and recommending comprehensive candidate slates that meet business strategies and diversity goals.
Developing leadership sourcing strategies in conjunction with hiring managers and program managers, focusing on both external and internal talent pools.
Conducting targeted sourcing efforts for senior-level leaders and high-potential internal candidates, with an emphasis on inclusive practices.
Directing coordinators to support a seamless candidate process, optimizing their involvement for efficiency.
Working with the talent acquisition support team to ensure hiring managers are well-prepared to conduct inclusive interviews.
Aggregating evaluation feedback to inform the final hiring decision, ensuring a balanced and thorough assessment.
Negotiating and closing offers, clearly communicating decisions and next steps with candidates.
Effectively utilizing available technologies to maximize efficiency, quality, inclusivity, and productivity in the recruitment process.
Integrating internal development and talent management partnerships into the recruitment strategy and maintaining a focus on inclusivity to help build a leadership pipeline that supports the organization's long-term success.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing or communications field and a minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates required.
Experience utilizing current talent acquisition digital technologies required.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner strongly preferred.
Ability to partner with, advise, and influencehiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships strongly preferred.
Experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party recruiting strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in health insurance industry strongly preferred.
Masters degree; professional HR / TA Certification(s) strongly preferred.
