Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Project Leader is responsible for developing project plans and leading small projects to completion.
How you will make an impact:
Communicates progress, issues, and barriers, to internal and external customers.
Conducts periodic status meetings. Conducts root cause analysis of processes and issues, identifies and makes recommendations for improvements, and develops documentation.
Researches, compiles, extrapolates and validates data used to forecast staffing needs and work flows, and/or resolve quality and other operational issues.
Assists in managing project scope to ensure business needs are met and the project scope as defined in the project charter is delivered, identifying, documenting and raising requests for changes from original specifications.
Communicate plans, status, and issues within the team, group, or project, including both IT and business members and management.
Has basic understanding of project management methodology, tools & processes and able to apply to small projects.
Support SVP with department planning and execution of department strategic priorities; must be comfortable interfacing with senior leadership.
Partner with business operations to understand operational metrics and reporting; assist with tracking of variances.
Manage and monitor department operational risks. Support the development of risk mitigation plans.
Provide oversight of operational plans (e.g. Associate Engagement Plans, transformation and automation plans, etc.)
Organize Department Town Hall content and interface with managers to create topics
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:
Basic understanding of project management methodology, tools & processes and able to apply to small to medium projects is strongly preferred.
Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations, preferred.
Ability to utilize advanced features of Excel to create graphs and charts, preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $61,760 to $111,168.
Locations: District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Maryland; New York.
