Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.

The Execution Director is responsible for facilitating the execution of the Federal Health Plan Services Portfolios. Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model. Partners with the entire FHPS organization and Enterprise partners to deliver large-scale initiatives and implement the appropriate corresponding business models, facilitating information exchange and issue resolutions between the Execution Team and Work Streams, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, shared services partners and regulatory and legislative audit & compliance teams.



How you will make an impact:



  • Creates, administers, trains, and continuously improves Governance & Controls for Project Management Office (PMO) to enable standardized, best in class project management methodology.

  • Leads large-scale and complex projects, programs and portfolios across IT and Business Units managing the delivery of both technical capabilities and associated operational readiness, ensuring the program meets milestones, deliverables, budget and objectives.

  • Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.

  • Collaborates to utilize agile capabilities for projects, tools and methodologies and ensures timely execution of projects.

  • Determines project scope; develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans.

  • Develops training plans; defines, recommends and secures contractual agreements for services and products.

  • Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms.

  • Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase; defines critical success factors; establishes and manages the project warranty period.

  • Provides strategic direction and continually refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives (enterprise dependency, program solution delivery).

  • Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines, and coaches on implementation requirements.

  • Works across matrix teams to ensure changes are properly communicated and executed.

  • Ability to travel may be required.




Minimum Requirements:



Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.



Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:



  • Awareness of significant contributing factors to manage project change and demonstration of a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies strongly, preferred.

  • Masters in Project Management, preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $129,864 to $222,624.


Locations: California; Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Maryland, Nevada; New York; Washington State.
