The Global Business Continuity Executive Advisor will contribute to amplifying our business continuity capabilities by lending your expertise to transform innovative concepts into successful implementations.
This senior-level position involves advising business leaders, fostering resilience in their business areas, and providing strategic guidance to continue strengthening our global business continuity framework. Your work is integral to fueling our journey of perpetual improvement and resilience enhancement.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Builds deep relationships with business leaders, providing constructive solutions and expert strategies to strengthen business resilience.
Serves as the single point of contact with key business leaders for all aspects of business continuity planning, support, and management.
Leads the end-to-end implementation of the business continuity framework for designated business areas.
Contributes to the development of strategic planning for global business continuity programs and initiatives, leveraging research, analysis, and experience.
Develops, implements, and improves upon business continuity practices, tools, and methodologies to improve their effectiveness and maturity.
Acts as a liaison with the business, IT, and other partners to advocate for the importance and prioritization of business continuity, and to educate on the impact of resilience efforts.
Serves as the lead for designated working group(s) of resilience professionals to achieve program objectives, including coaching and mentoring team members.
Collaborates with stakeholders across the enterprise to coordinate and execute resilience efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 12 years' experience in monitoring and measuring information technology processes, tools and standard practices for multiple technical and/or business disciplines; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences:
Business Resiliency/Business Continuity certifications strongly preferred.
Strong and flexible communication skills, including at the executive level, with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences is strongly preferred.
Experience driving successful outcomes in a large and complex organization with a global footprint is strongly preferred.
Experience using Generative AI and/or Business Intelligence (BI) for information comparison and analysis is preferred.
Experience with project management methodology, tools and processes is preferred.
Relevant certification in applicable domain, such as Project Management, Quality, Availability, and/or Reliability is preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $156,400 to $244,800
