Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The Implementation Specialist I is responsible for accurate and timely processing of new firm installations, benefit changes and maintenance.
How you will make an impact:
Talks with clients by phone, e-mail or in person to ensure the best service possible.
Review of new group enrollment material for accuracy including outreach for clarification.
Responds to incoming calls / e-mails and may initiate outgoing calls, providing customer service to brokers and employer groups by answering benefit questions, resolving issues and educating callers.
Verifies enrollment status, makes changes to records, researches and resolves enrollment system rejections; addresses a variety of enrollment questions or concerns received by phone or mail.
Strong attention to detail to accurately enter data and research and resolve questions.
Posts new firms, rates and benefit changes to Enrollment & Billing.
Processes new firm installations, benefit conversions, add products, terminations and mergers.
Minimum Requirements
Requires H.S diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years previous membership and billing experience or any combination of education of experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
Knowledge of Standard/Non-Standard Benefits and Products and knowledge of enrollment & billing and underwriting guidelines preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $21.53/hr. to $32.29/hr.
