Title: Distribution Associate



Location: Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location: FL-ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, 370-774 NORTHLAKE BLVD




Shift: Monday - Friday; 8-hour (5 days/week) or 10-hour (4 days/week) shift between 8:00am - 7:00pm

The Distribution Associate is responsible for preparing items for shipment, processing incoming stock, and restocking packing supplies.



How you will make an impact:



Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Picks product, packages medication shipments per product specific protocols, prepares shipping labels, etc.


• Processes incoming stock and quantities received against the packing slip and purchase order.


• Restocks packing supplies.


• Keeps warehouse clean and orderly.


• Deliveries will be required on an as needed basis.

• Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.


• Valid driver's license may be required.

• Ability to travel to the worksite and other locations, as necessary.


• At least 3 months of related experience is preferred.


• Warehouse experience preferred.


• Ability to work independently, and strong oral and written communication skills are strongly preferred.


• Experience with a pallet jack may be preferred.
