The Project Manager Sr. is responsible for identifying key people to bring about change and develops a network of contacts and targets specific people to achieve small to medium size project goals and objectives.
How you will make an impact:
Manages a variety of simultaneous small to medium size projects across business units, regions or the enterprise.
Applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes and systems.
Leading projects across IT and Business Units managing the delivery of both technical capabilities and associated operational readiness.
Influences at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction.
Coaches and mentors project team members.
Mentors other project managers around project management methodology.
Develops training plans; defines, recommends and secures contractual agreements for services and products.
Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implementation plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms.
Develops requirements documents.
Develops project approval matrix.
Identifies project team training and tool needs.
Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase; defines critical success factors; establishes and manages the project warranty period.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years professional project management experience required during which at least 3 years are spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:
Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment and build strong relationships highly preferred
Strong problem-solving silks and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a matrix environment highly preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization is strongly preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $96,684 to $165,744
