Business Change Director
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of the following PulsePoint location. 5800 Northampton Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23502
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Business Change Director will Facilitate senior-level status touch point meetings to review the performance progress of the market metrics.
How you will make an impact:
• Perform process improvement with respect to inventory management, cross-functional issue resolution, and data flow.
• Develop project execution plans.
• Translate research output into prioritized and groomed execution plans.
• Drive system development needs with IT partners.
• Perform cross-functional root cause analysis with the various operational domains.
• Work closely with vendors or vendor management liaisons to remediate encounters processed.
• Develop ad hoc report requests.
• Establish, improve, and optimize the consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results.
• Analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
• Lead the project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit. Provide expertise in the business areas in culture/change management activities.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
• Build support for business change throughout the business unit.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Ten (10) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Additional Requirements:
Ten (10) years of experience must include:
• Ten (10) years of experience working in software development models and issue tracking tools.
• Eight (8) years of experience with Facets Data Models, Providers System Data Models, JavaScript Object Notation data format and Business Intelligence tools.
• Seven (7) years of experience consolidating and preparing executive summary reports for various business segments to inform top management decision-making.
• Seven (7) years of experience with relational databases, query tools and statistical software.
• Seven (7) years of experience analyzing and designing solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
• Five (5) years of experience collaborating with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced product.
• Four (4) years of experience with provider data and the design model of the provider system that is housing the data.
• Four (4) years of experience working with provider data transactions.
• CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Project Management Certification.
