This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office), 1-2 times per week in office. The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles our Hanover MD or Norfolk VA, Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Business Analyst II is responsible for reviewing recovery requests from various departments and conducting provider outreach to determine if claims have been overpaid. This role is pivotal in translating basic business needs into application software requirements.
How you will make an impact:
Review and analyze requests for recoveries from different departments.
Conduct provider outreach to determine if there are instances of claims overpayment.
Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.
Works with programming staff to ensure business requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
Function as a liaison between software users and our development team to address any queries or issues.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Facets, Macess, and Microsoft Word.
Knowledge of system capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
