Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed on the requisition.
The Network Management Rep provides comprehensive services to the provider community through verification of their demographic data and researching more complex issues regarding provider data accuracy.
How you will make an impact:
Serves as point of contact for other internal departments regarding provider issues that may impact provider Directory and participation status.
Researches and resolves the complex provider issues and inaccuracies for prompt resolution.
Provides assistance with policy interpretation.
Researches, analyzes and recommends resolution of provider disputes, issues with billing, and other practices.
Assists providers with provider demographic changes as appropriate and ensures timely processing.
Works directly with Providers by making outbound calls to verify demographic information in accordance with each state mandate.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a H.S. diploma and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience in managed care/healthcare insurance industry most notably in provider data is strongly preferred.
Experience and knowledge of data analytics, data management, and process improvement strongly preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills strongly preferred.
Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties highly preferred.
Proficient of Microsoft Office products Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $20.80 to $37.15
