Overview


Snap-on is looking to hire a full time on-site Marketing Communications Specialist (Designer & Content Creator) to support Snap-on's Industrial division. This position is located on-site at Snap-on's Corporate offices at 2801 80th Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin.

The Designer and content creator position will be highly creative and versatile. Responsible for developing and producing a wide variety of multimedia content across platforms. Position plays a key role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving our marketing strategies and initiatives. Working with key stakeholders, the content creator will collaborate with internal and external partners to design, create and edit media as needed to promote various products and brands within Snap-on Industrial.



Responsibilities


• Conceptualize, plan and execute high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media for use on our website, social media, email campaigns, print, etc.
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos that tell compelling stories and highlight our products, services, and brand values.
• Assist with website design and maintenance as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content to continually engage audience.
• Manage and organize digital assets, including video files, photos, and graphics, to maintain an efficient workflow and facilitate content reuse.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce and deploy content as appropriate, including but not limited to videos, product content, and more.
• Research and understand products and Snap-on's value proposition to effectively produce engaging content.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.



Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years proven experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, video production, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in editing video content, utilizing trending media, filters, and other features.
• Ability to work independently on initiatives as directed, exercise judgment and focus attention to detail on digital assets development and oversight activities.
• Excellent attention to detail with copy writing skills required; ability to communicate effectively to all levels internally and externally within an organization.
• Proactive and collaborative team member who consistently contributes new ideas and solutions and provides support as needed on all assigned projects.
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Creative and a strong sense of design.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator After Affects & Premier Pro and content management systems.
• Some travel may be required (approximately 10%).
• A portfolio demonstrating breadth and creativity and proven experience in content design, design thinking and product strategy.
