(L1-2) IT Support Technician
Phone Queue and Remote User Support.
Basic Windows OS Desktop Support and Troubleshooting.
Basic Branch and Office Equipment Support and Troubleshooting.
Maintains Inventory, IT Equipment, and supplies.
Basic Hardware and Software Support and Troubleshooting.
2-3 years IT Support experience - in-person, over the phone/remote support
