Leads marketing, recruitment, and yield strategies in support of growing student enrollment across Thayer School of Engineering's portfolio of degree and non-degree offerings. With an emphasis on enhancing diversity recruitment, works to increase the quality and quantity of the applicant pool for graduate programs through marketing and direct contact with potential applicants, and supports undergraduate engineering recruitment initiatives.

Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years' experience in marketing, admissions, and/or recruitment.
Strong understanding of the graduate degree and undergraduate marketplace, and best-practice recruitment strategies.
Proven project management and event planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience leading and executing well-run events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remains calm under pressure, and responds positively to change.
Ability to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
Ability to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed expectations.
Significant experience with the Slate platform or other similar CRM systems.
Evidence of a collaborative style in a project-based setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
