An excellent client of ours located in Ambler, PA is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team!
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred
3-5+ years of payroll experience in processing multiple entity and multi state payrolls.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for processing of all garnishment and wage levy requests and documentation
Assist with biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax preparation and filing. This includes federal, state, local and unemployment filings
Process miscellaneous pay data updates such as STD, FSA, Commission, etc.
Assist with the review and audit of the biweekly payroll information and reports
Assists employees and supervisors with time keeping questions and issues
Paycard liaison between communities and vendor
Responsible for biweekly payroll funding reports
Responsible for employee replacement checks as needed
Provide back up support for the biweekly payroll processing
Process verifications of employment as needed
May perform other duties as assigned
