Cub in Rochester on 15th Avenue is looking for Ecommerce Shoppers to join our team. The purpose of this position is to provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service in addition to shopping for and ringing up online orders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Execute on delivery times and order accuracy

• Follow department safety and sanitation programs for selection, transportation and delivery

• Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality

• Effective communication with other departments and store staff

• Provide comparable products for substitution

• Prepare orders for delivery by ringing up and bagging orders in an efficient and effective manner

• Checking expiration dates throughout the store during slow periods

Functional Requirements:

• walking, bending, kneeling
• able to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weighing up to 50 lbs.
• equipment operation (intercom, telephone, scanner, register, scale, shopping cart)
• judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing and math

• Ability to follow directions from the Supervisor

• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

SCHEDULE:

• Availability between 7am- 9pm
