Position
Overview


This position will manage the Staff Accountant and report to the Corporate Accounting Manager. Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the monthly corporate accounting close.
Essential Job Functions

Level Impact Language:

  • Analyze and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances at month end and coordinate corrections
  • Manage the Staff Accountant and review the work performed including but not limited to journal entries, account reconciliations, and fixed assets
  • Assist in the preparation of the quarterly lender reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of the quarterly/annual financial statements
  • Prepare the monthly statement of cash flow, including updating rollforwards and reconciling to the trial balance
  • Assist in the continued implementation of BlackLine capabilities and expanding any other use cases
  • Complete journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes
  • Conduct financial statement analyses and documenting meaningful explanations for fluctuations
  • Participate in quarterly reviews and annual year-end audit, including preparing audit schedules, and gathering documents
  • Identify efficiencies & recommends enhancements to management
  • Document and/or update policies and procedures as needed
  • Other ad-hoc projects

BS/BA in Accounting required.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
