  • Support our customers with field service needs on ANDRITZ equipment in the White Liquor Plant (WLP) including, but not limited to, lime kiln diagnostics, alignments, and maintenance
  • Become familiar with and an expert in utilizing analysis tools and software programs used for kiln diagnostics analysis
  • Quote and present ANDRITZ WLP products and services with a focus on lime kilns and auxiliary equipment
  • Work with customers to develop and justify upgrade projects
  • Work with our Service Account Managers to strengthen WLP relationships with customers
  • Identify market needs to develop new products and services
  • Although not a primary focus, may need to manage labor crews for turnkey shutdown services as well provide customer advisory Field Service when our labor crews are not onsite
  • Build relationships and work with ANDRITZ global product home personnel in Finland
  • B.S. degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) or;
  • 2+ years relevant experience in sales, equipment design, project execution, product management and/or worked in a pulp mill as maintenance supervisor or engineer
  • Specific experience with lime kilns a plus
  • Equipment design/drafting experience a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Resourceful, self-managed, and goal driven but still able to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to identify market needs and help develop products and services to meet those needs
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and presenting skills as well as ability to communicate effectively in English
Must be fluent in standard software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, TEAMs, etc.
