Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading Real Estate developer to hire a Workplace Experience Manager in Boston for a 6 Month Contract-to-Hire position.
Your new role
The job duties of the Workplace Experience Manager will include the following:
- Ownership of all tenant-focused activities, events and planning for a high-end asset
- Oversight of operations with respect to amenities, shared workspace, conference rooms and more
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for managing amenity spaces
- Create and foster a sense of community within the office building by building strong relationships with tenant companies and employees
- Oversee the procurement of vendors for amenities-related services, including food and beverage, cleaning, and wellness programs.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Four or more years' experience in events, hospitality, customer service or business operations as a community/property manager or a leadership role in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred
- Ability to connect with others and a passion for customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Established sales and marketing track record
What you'll get in return
Hourly between $60-70 on contract portion- ($125-140K Base, plus 10% Bonus upon conversion)
