POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for an UX/UI Developer for an Onsite based position in Redmond WA.

The main function of a UX/UI Developer is to develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs.

Responsibilities

• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers’ business problem/goals.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5-7 years’ experience with react JS.
• Must have minimum 5-7 years’ experience with Windows and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Must have minimum 5-7 years’ experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Should have Strong focus on UI/UX, attention to detail and the deliver high-quality, responsive applications.
• Should have bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• Should have experience in software design and development.
• Should have experience in professional UI development.
• Should have experience with data-driven UI development.
• Should have strong communication and problem solving skills

• A competitive pay range of $50/hr- $55/hr (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
