Responsibilities
The Manager, International Billing is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations within the billing team. This will involve data entry, information verification, and team direction to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This position will maintain accurate records and assist with billing team members’ needs as required. The Manager, International Billing will be responsible for building and maintaining processes and ensuring the success of the billing team.
Although candidates from various US locations would be considered, it is preferred that candidates be located in Richmond, VA, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, St.Paul/Minneapolis, MN, Florida or Texas.

Supervise and review the work of the billing team to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed.
Ensure that all billing actions comply with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
Train and oversee employees involved in billing functions. Direct, assign tasks, and provide assistance to the team as needed.
Conduct weekly check-in meetings with each billing team member to discuss capacity, outstanding billing, and any other issues as they arise.
Assist and delegate special projects with the billing team as needed.
Responsible for managing the daily invoice and weekly Craw report.
Maintain accurate and organized records of billing activities, invoices, and supporting documentation.
Manage the company's on-time billing expectations.
Assist in maintaining billing system integrity by updating customer information, rates, and other billing-related data.
Analyze patterns with customers and coordinate with the Pricing Analyst team when needed.
Explore and implement new ways to automate systems.
Develop, improve, maintain, and revise Standard Operating Procedures. Review SOP and other process documents for clarity and consistency.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with billing regulations and company policies.
Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
