The Manager, International Billing is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations within the billing team. This will involve data entry, information verification, and team direction to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. This position will maintain accurate records and assist with billing team members’ needs as required. The Manager, International Billing will be responsible for building and maintaining processes and ensuring the success of the billing team.
Although candidates from various US locations would be considered, it is preferred that candidates be located in Richmond, VA, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, St.Paul/Minneapolis, MN, Florida or Texas.

SUPERVISION
Position functions semi-autonomously and position directly supervises 4 employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
